Herman Park Day

What a wonderful Day! I don't think the weather could have been any better today.  We had a high of around 68 degrees, so we took total advantage and drove down to Herman Park.  In the shade it was a tad chilly but perfect for a hooded jacket, and then it felt great when in the sun.  We brought some picnic snacks, rode the train around the park then played at all the playgrounds, and ended with us hanging out at the Miller Outdoor theatre to let Dane run around on the big hills that are there.  Dane could barely walk when it was time to leave, he had worn himself completely out.  Spending time with my boys and enjoying some nice Fall weather was great! I couldn't have asked for a better Saturday.  And I got to practice with my new lens today! We came home and got some Mexican food to go, and now are watching the Aggies play.  It's a Great Day in the Neighborhood!

Girl, I hope you are figuring out a way to print this blog and bind it in a book for your little man. Amazing! You do such a great job capturing the special moments in his life and the photos are the icing on the cake :)
